Great 3 days trip in Iraqi Kurdistan with my daughter and the best guiding team.

I did a solo day tour with Kurdistan Expeditions to Mar Mattai, Lalish and Alqosh and it felt more like spending a day with a well-informed friend than a standard tour.
Everything was well organised and on time. My guide Balin spoke perfect English and adjusted the pace and stops exactly to what I wanted. He gave clear historical background but also shared his own stories, which made the places come alive and helped me understand today’s Kurdistan (which was the reason for my visit in the first place).
All in all it was just a wonderful experience, I really enjoyed the day, learned a lot and had so much fun.
