Awesome day tour to 3 Places a must see I had an unforgettable day tour with Balin to Mor Mattai Monastery, Lalish and Alqosh. Balin‘s extensive knowledge and years of experience truly impresded me. Balin was very flexible and understanding, making the tour very enjoyable. The visit of Lalish still affects me, Balin‘s insight added depth to the experience, allowing me to appreciate the cultural and historical context of the area.

Amazing country! We visited Erbil and we decided to book 4 days trip with Kurdistan Expeditions. Balin and Bahktian were amazing . Professions that took care of us and make us to love the place.. Great time with Bahktiar We are a couple from Greece who often travel all over the world. We went to Iraqi Kurdistan for a few days with our cousin. We decided to book a three-day tour with Kurdistan Expeditions and we are very happy with our choice! Our guide Bahktiar was simply superb: very helpful, friendly, witty and knowledgeable. We spent a very beautiful three days and saw great places. Ηighly recommend it!

A great experience We called the agency last min, after trying to reach the museum which was apparently closed for renovations. They reply immediately, very helpful and polite, and he offered us a private one day trip to sites a few hours away. The guide arrived 20min later and picked us up around 11.30am. We discussed the timeline and decided to visit three sites. Assyrian Aqueduct jerwan, Lalish, and Rabban Hormizd Monastery We visited all three, took our time on each one, on the way back we stopped for dinner at a restaurant along the way and returned at the hotel around 6.20pmOur guide, Bakhtiar, was so kind and helpful, have been engaged with a very humane way into trying to make time to see as much as we could and explaining, enhancing so much the feeling on the experience Great job from him honestly highly recommend Thank you Bakhtiar

A most fun and enlightening tour in Kurdistan! This tour was excellent. It is a must do! Bakhtiar was our guide and he went out of his way to show us a great time. We called late, but he canceled his personal plans to accommodate us, even showing us extra sites that we weren't expecting! He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Hearing his life story enriched our understanding of life in the area. The sites were astounding. We saw the Jerwan Aqueduct, Holy City of Lalish, and Rabban Hormizd Monestary. Bakhtiar also took us to a local restaurant with delicious Kurdish food. The tour was a well rounded mix of history and current culture. 12/10!

Day Trip from Erbil Balin was an excellent guide and host, well spoken and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and safe everywhere we went - in a country where there are numerous check points and where traffic can sometimes be a little hectic we appreciated the extra effort. The vehicle was clean, sturdy and very comfortable. Nothing was too much and our day was packed with sights and information - we definitely maximised our day in the mountains. Totally awesome day out and well recommended. Thank you Balin, and thank you for your patience (we ask a lot of questions!)

Best tour operator in Irak! For new year 2024, I came to Irak for the second time with Balin.I am from Argentina, living in France and I was always interested in Middle East.I didn 't come with nuch expectations and now I can Say Irak is on my Top 5 favouristes destinations.We visited Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, Karbala, Ur, Uruk ,Mosul. And even Agatha Christie 's house.I think I will come back in a near future with Kurdistan Expeditions again to this part of the world
